This month as the weather swaps from glorious sunny days to chill windy nights, I can feel autumn really settling in. It's actually such a glorious season because there's nothing like being all rugged up in big jackets and scarves to protect yourself from the icy wind, but still able to lie in sun like a little lizard and really soak those rays up for extra warmth, with a coffee in your hand and sketch pad in the other.

This months inspiration board has been progressing for awhile. I find it fascinating how we are attracted to certain colours at certain times of the year, but more recently I've been feeling icy, crisp palettes of eggshell blue, lavender and light grey.
