This was actually last Monday, just over a week ago, down by the cliffs in between Gordon's Bay and Coogee beach in Sydney. Lately (try, the last 3 months) I've been having serious urges to be down by the sea, with the wind in my hair and the smell of the salty sea clearing out my lungs. Sydney is so seriously awesome, no matter where you live, although I'm thinking I'm going to move as east as I can to be closer for uni and so I can get a quick morning dip in as the sun rises.
These photos were taken just as the sun was starting to set around 5.15pm, which is way to early and makes me want to crey really. It's just too rude, considering I am a night owl and usually sleep around 1 - 2am, (oh dear). I think that is part of being a designer (and/or) creative type. There is never a set amount of time that it takes to do something. Projects that look finished, usually could do with that extra refining plus the best ideas always come late at night in that half delirious state.

This last photograph is my favourite. It's at the left hand side of Coogee beach at the rock's which I like to call the Mermaid Pool because it's a series of rocks that form a protective barrier when the tide is lower, making this awesome enclosed space to swim in. Gahhhh so pretty! This photo set also wasn't edited AT ALL, because mother nature does her job well. It's moments like these, that push me to recreate and design things that hopefully give my "audience" the same feels. That amazement mixed with appreciation for the perfect symmetry, balance and colour palette.
