MAY ADVENTURES; Playing Tourist

I've been incredibly lucky this past month to just have some blissful times spent by the sea. Despite it being Autumn in Sydney here, the weather has been incredibly gorgeous and has just been begging me to go out on a cruise and soak up some vitamin D (now that it is officially Winter argghh). I've discovered some really cool places too, some local and some not so much.

Everyone seriously needs to check out Yarra Bay down in Phillip Bay, it's like I've found my own private Mykonos right here in Sydney! Which is utterly amazing, considering I'm having serious withdrawals from Greece (hardcore), so I've made it my mission to discover as much of Sydney as I can to satisfy these cravings for the exotic crystal clear blue waters that remind me of the Greek Islands.

Down at Yarra Bay, some beautiful person has painted the word "LOVE" on the side of the cement wall. It's an amazing hybrid of gothic blackletter combined with that street art wet paint drip grittiness. Below is a photo of the other side of the wall, some decently clean throwies done by a couple of anonymous rad talents.

Enjoyed the breakfast platter at Romana's Cafe in Balmain - Didn't look like a lot (I was starving that day) but ended up being the perfect size was a lazy sunday brunch !

Spotted the most adorable pastel pink townie bike adorned with cream and pink roses - definitely a dream bike !

And was able to enjoy the Bondi to Bronte walk - definitely didn't feel like Autumn last month, nor does it feel like Winter at the moment. Sydney, you're killing it at the moment !
